If you know your old password and you just want to change it, log in to the Signals app, go to "Settings" in the navigation sidebar and open the "Password" tab.
Enter your current password and then type the new one. Repeat the new password for confirmation and save changes by clicking on the "Change" button.
You should see a success notification as soon as the password has been changed.
If you're trying to log in to Signals and you can't recall your password, you can reset it using your associated account e-mail address.
First of all, hit the “Forgot password?” link on the login screen.
Type the e-mail you’re using for your Signals account and confirm your request for resetting the password.
Note, that you must enter the e-mail you are using with Signals account. If the e-mail is not associated with any account, the password reset will not proceed. In that case, try to remember if you might have registered for Signals with a different e-mail.
If the e-mail is recognized, you will see the following confirmation. Now, please check your inbox for further instructions.
In a few moments you will receive an e-mail with a secured link to a password reset page.
Enter a new password, repeat the password for confirmation and save it by clicking on the "Set new password" button.
The password has been reset, now go back to the login page and log in with your new password.
